Appointments are regularly arranged in advance at the beginning of the month. It is determined how many lessons take place in each month. Individual appointments are possible.
Intensive courses and special offers require special arrangements.

Rescheduling:
If the student has canceled up to 24 hours before the lesson, the appointment can be postponed in consultation between the language coach and the participant; The participant does not lose his or her money. The price will be offset against the payment in the next month.

Appointment cancellation:
Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. If you cancel 24 hours before the agreed date, the full price for the lesson will be charged. Lessons on Monday will be canceled on Friday at the latest.

On-site courses:
When traveling to course participants or companies in the Reutlingen / Tübingen / Stuttgart areaIn addition to the course fees, there is a kilometer flat rate of 0.30 € per kilometer.
With an approach of more than 20 km occursLump sum of 15 €.

Online courses:
It is very important that there is a good internet connection for the online courses! In the event of problems with the Internet connection on the part of the customer, where the lessons cannot continue, no costs will be reimbursed.

Pay:
Payment is made byPrepayment, on request you will be given the required bank details.

Breach of contract: If the customer breaches the contract, the payment made will be retained as remuneration. This applies to all payments. Subjective evaluations of the services are non-refundable.

We do not take part in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
